βAre you sleeping enough? How might you know?
For me, it's pretty simple. I can feel it. When I was younger, I would burn the candle at both ends for long stretches. I could power through, and I carried my lack of sleep like a badge of honor.ποΈ
It meant I could work to be the 'perfect' leader, husband, dad, son, brother, volunteer, friend, and so on. I'd make time. I'd fit it all in, even if it meant I was jumping back on work when others were sleeping. π΄

I don't need to go into the studies on the positive impacts of sleeping more. You can google that. But, I will urge you to stop imagining that someday will come when you magically feel like changing your bad sleeping habits. It won't. Not until you decide today that you're going to give yourself the gift of better sleep.
